Our Values – Redefine Mentorship

Our Story

Redefine Mentorship began as a programmatic mentoring initiative for the Louisiana based nonprofit Pink Nails, a female led organization focused on the advancement of women in BIPOC communities. Over the course of 10years, the module for mentorship effectively evolved and is now replicated across multiple in-school and community group programs. The strategic move to incorporate Pink Nails as the first cohort of Redefine Mentorship allows us to expand our impact and reach even more young individuals in need.

To empower and support youth in schools and communities by providing holistic mentoring solutions that address systemic issues, promoting personal growth, academic success, and community engagement.

Our Vision

Our vision is to redefine the future for youth by creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where they can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Through our holistic mentoring programs, we aim to break down systemic barriers and empower youth to become confident, resilient, and socially conscious individuals who actively contribute to their communities. We envision a society where every young person has equal opportunities to succeed and make an impact in their community.
