Redefine Mentorship began as a programmatic mentoring initiative for the Louisiana based nonprofit Pink Nails, a female led organization focused on the advancement of women in BIPOC communities. Over the course of 10+years, the model for mentorship effectively evolved and is now replicated across multiple in-school and community group programs. The strategic move to incorporate Pink Nails as the first cohort of Redefine Mentorship allows us to expand our impact and reach even more young individuals in need.
