About Us

Built on More Than a Decade of Community Trust

Redefine Mentorship originated as a mentoring initiative within Pink Nails, a Louisiana-based, female-led nonprofit organization that advances women in BIPOC communities. Over more than a decade, the model evolved into a proven framework now replicated across schools and community programs.

Jasmine Spear
Co-Executive Director

“As a byproduct of community support, I advocate for mentoring that is relatable, reliable, and relevant. When mentors show up consistently and relationally, they fill the gaps created by broken systems and have the power to change individual trajectories.”
